1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. honey/maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder

The best time to eat fruits is first thing in the morning after a glass of water. Eating fruits right after a meal is not a great idea, as it may not be digested properly. The nutrients may not be absorbed properly either.
Used primarily in Ayurvedic medicine, oil pulling is a fantastic oral detoxification procedure that is simply done by swishing a tablespoon of oil (typically coconutoil, olive or sesame oil) in your mouth for 10-20 minutes.
First thing in the morning before food, grab a spoon and put the coconut oil and 1-2 drops of your chosen essential oil in the spoon. Place the mixture in your mouth and swish around in the mouth for 20 minutes. DO NOT SWALLOW! Spit liquid into garbage, not the sink, toilet or the shower. Rinse well with warm water. Brush.
